Please be sure to send a copy of your Certificate of Insurance to showmanagement@acordlomaforum.org.
Certificates are due according to the requirements outlined here and in the Exhibit Application and Contract. Please refer to your exhibitor agreement for coverage and named insureds. Certificates which are not completed properly will be returned.
Certificates of Insurance must accompany Exhibitor Application and Contracts to be received by Show Management on or after December 1, 2011. If an exhibitor is submitting an Exhibitor Application and Contract to be received by Show Management prior to December 1, 2011, then a Certificate of Insurance must be received by ACORD on or before December 1, 2011.
Please note: If we do not receive your Certificate of Insurance, we cannot allow you to move onto the exhibit hall floor.
Deadline: March 2, 2012
Logos and descriptions will be included on the website, in the printed program, and on exhibitor locator kiosks in the halls.
Logos must be submitted no later than March 2, 2012. Those not received by the deadline may not be included in print.

Deadline: February 14, 2012
All island booths must submit plans with measurements to Show Management no later than February 14, 2012. Construction must not be ordered unless and until Show Management approves such plans in writing.
Please forward your booth schematics to showmanagement@acordlomaforum.org.
If you plan to use an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) at the show, please download and complete the EAC form. Deadline for submission is March 2, 2012.
Your EAC must return their Certificate of Insurance on or before April 6, 2012.
Please note: If we do not receive your EAC's Certificate of Insurance, we cannot allow the EAC to work on the exhibit hall floor.
EACs will not be allowed on the show floor unless they can present proper show credentials as specified in your Exhibitor Agreement. You must notify us by April 27, 2012 of the number of individuals and provide their names for all those requiring work passes. Please submit your list to showmanagement@acordlomaforum.org.

All booths must be set up by 12:00 PM (noon) on Tuesday, May 15, 2012. If, for any reason beyond your control, you cannot set up by this time, you must notify Member Services at memberservices@acordlomaforum.org no later than 12:00 noon on Tuesday, May 15, 2012. If you cannot set up by the specified time, we will need to store your boxes off the show floor.
No set up will be permitted during show hours for any reason. Any additional costs that may be incurred for labor or storage are the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Meet prospects and customers behind closed doors in your own 10 x 10 hard-walled room.
Private enclosed meeting rooms on the show floor are available for rental for the duration of the show. $3950.00 includes one private room, table with four chairs, and one power supply. Rooms will be rented on a first-come first-served basis.
Meeting rooms will be accessible during the hours below with the use of a special access pass. All attendees entering the hall will need to be registered for the Forum.

The number of complimentary or "comp" registrations you receive is based upon the size of your booth and on your membership in either ACORD and/or LOMA.
